Disciplinary Action: The President of the Lennox & Addington Chamber will follow three steps to address anyone found to have broken the modified operations and protocols. The three steps include:
- Verbal warning
- Written warning
- Removal from market
Resolution Recommendations: Vendors are encouraged to approach the Lennox & Addington Chamber Staff/Board Member if they encounter a problem. Discussion of problems about the market in front of customers is prohibited and is grounds for removal.
If a problem arises between vendors, the following steps are to be taken:
Step 1: The vendors in question must make attempts to resolve the issues on
their own. Success in this first step is strongly encouraged.
Step 2: If the vendors cannot come to an agreement, they will submit a grievance
form to the Business Manager.
Step 3: The Business Manager will consult as needed with the Lennox & Addington Chamber of Commerce Board and come to a decision. This decision is final.
