
Bread At It's Best!
We started baking bread as a small passion project at our home in Wilton in 2016. We operated a small stall at the end of our driveway and sold to customers on Sundays during the fresh cheese curd rush! With the support and growing popularity within our community, we were able to join the Memorial Centre Farmer's Market in 2017. One crazy year later, we were able to expand the bakery into a larger operation with a commercial kitchen in 2018. In 2019, we opened our own separate bakery, at the back of The Portsmouth Tavern. We have just moved our home base to 4450 Taylor Kidd Blvd. in Amherstview and could not be happier to be back where it all started.
All bread is 100% hand made using a no knead technique, which allows for a longer and proper fermentation, ultimately leading to better and easier to digest bread.
