Hospice Lennox and Addington provides palliative care services for those living with a life threatening illness by providing compassionate support to the client and their family. Hospice Lennox & Addington also offers bereavement support for those grieving the loss of a loved one, caregiver support, and a lending library of resources.
All services are offered free of charge.
Referrals to the program can be made by anyone, including family, friends and/or health care professionals.
