Honouring the Land

We acknowledge that the Farmers Market is located on the traditional and ancestral lands of the Haudenosaunee and Anishinaabe peoples. We honour their enduring presence, culture, and stewardship of this land and are mindful of the Dish with One Spoon Wampum, a covenant to share and care for the resources of the Great Lakes region in peace.  We are grateful to gather here and are committed to fostering respectful relationships with Indigenous communities.
